Host an event to celebrate International Day of People with a Disability, promote it through the Don’t DIS my ABILITY campaign! In NSW, International Day of People with a Disability is celebrated throughout November and December. Up to 150 events are held throughout metropolitan and regional NSW.

The United Nations theme for International Day of People with a Disability is, "Keeping the promise: Mainstreaming disability in the Millennium Development Goals towards 2015 and beyond", which aims to further ensure the full and effective participation of persons with disability in all aspects of societal life and development.

Click here to register your event, to ensure your event is listed in the program of events on this website; you must register your event online by Monday, 13 September 2010. Events registered online after this date, will not be included in the initial online listings. Eligible events will appear on the website from Monday, 1 November 2010.
